From South Tyrol out into the wide world. And back again. I look forward to a rich, wine-loving experience of the highest calibre. Master sommeliers tend 1,200 labels and are all too happy to reveal their treasures for me. As sophisticated wine pairings with fine dining. With recommendations that change daily. At leisure as part of extended tastings. The Coravin system promises outstanding enjoyment by the glass. Sometimes it just has to be a cold glass of beer. My beer sommelier introduces me to varieties that surprise me – and have their own story to tell. At the bar or during a beer tasting, I discover a fruity IPA and so much more. Tomorrow may be the perfect day for a bottom-fermented masterpiece full of character. By the glass or as a curated beer pairing with dinner – the choice is mine.

At the buffet, I choose from regional specialities, while the kitchen team prepares fine dishes for me à la minute. At lunchtime, I enjoy a light à la carte selection. Come evening, the atmosphere transforms into an elegant stage for fine dining – a seven-course journey of irresistible flavours.
