What time will my suite be ready for me? Is my dog welcome? How can I pay? Answers to these and many more questions can be found here:
- All prices are per person and day, incl. VAT. The My Arbor half board and all-inclusive services.
- Your suite is ready for you from 2 pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate the room by 11 am on the day of departure.
- Please note that all floor plans and photos of the suites may vary.
- Please understand that we cannot guarantee fixed room numbers for bookings.
- The Hotel My Arbor is a non-smoking hotel.
- Dogs are allowed in some of the suites. We charge Euro 35.00 per day (without food) for extra cleaning costs. On the day of arrival, high-quality dog biscuits await your four-legged friend. We have also developed a dog menu with dog nutritionist. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the SPA and restaurant area.
- Cancellation policy.
For maximum flexibility we adjusted our cancellation policy: - free cancellation up to 4 days before the day of arrival
- in case of late arrival and early departure or no-show, we charge 70% of the booked stay
- Booked stays between December, 22 2024 and January, 7 2025 can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
- Payment.
The hotel bill can be paid on the spot in cash, with EC card, Visa, Mastercard or AMEX. The refund, in the event of cancellation, will be made by the same method used for payment.
