My joy of hiking.

Experience nature while walking.

Up to lofty heights. Experience the vastness. Enjoy the freedom. Heading off with my hiking boots and backpack to hike on the Plose, arouses feelings deep inside of me. Feelings that can only be experienced in nature.
I can take the cable car to Plose or go on foot. Whatever I prefer. Then, I walk from hut to hut. Climb up to the top of the Plose. Depending on what I fancy doing. Leisurely or challenging. The possibilities are as varied as the mountains around me. The craggy rock face of the Dolomites inspires me just as much as the gentle hills of the high plateau. The Plose is the central vantage point from where I can enjoy a view that couldn't be more spectacular. The Puez-Geisler Group with Sass de Putia, Eores and Odle in Val di Funes. No wonder they are a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

“Walking is the most perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life of things. It is the one way of freedom.”

(Elizabeth von Arnim)
I find my way. On the countless trails and routes that lead across the Plose. And find my happiness while hiking in the Dolomites.
