Waking up from hibernation. Stretch and unwind. Harness the power of the sun. And strengthen my body, soul and spirit. Just as nature blossoms in spring, I blossom too. My Arbor helps me to let myself shine in full splendour.

Now it is particularly important to balance my hormones to counteract spring tiredness. Replace my sleep hormone melatonin with the good mood hormone serotonin and feel energised. Nature shows me how to do it and My Arbor enables me to blossom fully from the end of April to the beginning of July.

The My Blossoming Package extends over the whole period of validity.

My Good Morning buffet breakfast is served between 7.15 am and 11 am as well as an enjoyable Late Riser menu breakfast between 11 am and noon
My Lunch Club restaurant between 12 am and 7 pm with delicious salads, pasta and meat dishes for a fee
My way to eat dinner in My Arbor: 7-course dinner menu as well as selection from the My Arbor Classic menu (beverages extra)
My way to eat dinner in Bressanone: free choice from the menu in our exciting Grissino Restaurant in the city centre: Italian cuisine, pizza, Asian food and sushi (beverages extra)
