Wherever possible, My Arbor uses products from the immediate vicinity. Local producers and suppliers provide the tree hotel daily with first-class goods and products.

My Arbor has already banned a long time ago plastic straws, disposable packaging and similar things. Instead, the team uses smart, sustainable alternatives made from renewable materials throughout the entire hotel.

Sun-ripened fruit and vegetables and first-class olive oil directly from their own farm in Albisano are transformed into fine culinary delights by the My Arbor culinary team with much love and expertise.

A hotel is only as good as its employees. That is why it is important to the management to build a trusting, respectful working atmosphere and a long-term employment relationship. Not only the individual is important, society is also close to My Arbor's heart. For every bottle of water sold, My Arbor donates 1 euro; in 2022, 30,000 euros were donated to the "Südtirol hilft" organisation.

Every person has their own unique strengths. Every person deserves to be treated with respect. It should not matter where you come from, what you believe in, what you look like or who you love. The My Arbor family is a multicultural, diverse and cosmopolitan dream team.

I can use all public transport throughout South Tyrol for free. At check-in I receive the BrixenCard. This is not only my ticket to happiness with numerous free experiences and discounts, but also my ticket for bus and train in South Tyrol.

Not only the will, but every little action counts. As a guest, I can make my contribution and use resources responsibly. Not only the room attendants, but also the environment is happy when I use towels more than once.
