Today I’m going out. From the quiet of the forest, I’m drawn down to Bressanone. To the Grissino city restaurant, where specialities from Asia, delicacies from South Tyrol, delicious pizza and Mediterranean delights await me.

Mother Nature has laid a rich table. Especially in South Tyrol. Here in this landscape, between Alpine and Mediterranean, traditional dishes mingle with cosmopolitan flavours. My gourmet hotel in South Tyrol celebrates the multilayered diversity of culinary delights. The whole day long. The first rays of sunshine mark the beginning of a time full of pleasure. With breakfast in bed. Or on the sun terrace. For early risers and late sleepers. Light meals and small, exquisite dishes appeal at lunchtime. And because everything is so uncomplicated and free here, I may order my lunch until 5 pm. When the evening sun casts golden rays over the treetops, it’s time for a moment of pure joie de vivre. The Aperitivo at the My Arbor is a magical moment. Dinner is no less enchanting. I can take it in the My Arbor restaurant or in the hotel’s own city restaurant “Grissino” in Bressanone. Whichever I choose, my gourmet hotel in South Tyrol is very much to my taste.
